Having established Chelgrave in 1979, Bruce positioned Chelgrave to become one of the premier suppliers of trades and related services in Australia. As Managing Director, Bruce is instrumental in shaping the reputation and direction of the company.

Greg has 24 years experience in the labour hire and recruitment industry. Greg has extensive experience in supplementary labour hire services and outsourcing in maintenance and customer contact services.

John Wynne

John has extensive experience as an EHS professional in the manufacturing and construction industries and coupled with previous experience in design and the delivery of engineering projects manages our safety obligations and processes with an understanding of our client requirements. John has a Graduate Diploma in Engineering Management and a Graduate Diploma in Risk Management.

Lindsay Edwards

Lindsay joined Chelgrave in 2010 to manage our Technical Operations and has over 20 years’ experience in Trades and Technical Labour hire, recruitment and outsourced maintenance and related project services particularly in the Manufacturing, Utilities and Energy sectors, including Water, Power Generation, Oil and Gas. Lindsay has extensive transition management expertise particularly in the privatisation of some of Victoria’s key Utilities assets and supplier consolidation across multiple states and supplier consolidation programs.
